Seeking encouragement

Need Hugs!

Hi all.❤️‍🩹 My husband and I have been on our fertility journey for 3 years, with four losses (2 miscarriages, 2 chemicals - 3/4 were unassisted pregnancies with big gaps in between) and no living child. I'm 31, he's 30. We've gone through the gamut of testing, several IUI attempts, and two euploid transfers (one of these was an early miscarriage, one didn't implant). No official diagnosis or explanation for delayed fertility, but I have "suspected" endo (did hormonal suppression for our second euploid transfer) and slightly elevated cadmium blood levels (already doing everything I can to mitigate that and don't know where exposure came from).

We have one LLM (monosomy 11) left. Now I'm staring down a receptivity test/mock transfer cycle + hysteroscopy, which I'm happy to do...but it's becoming clear that I'm the "problem" here. Trying not to spiral, but I heard everywhere that around 80% of people will have a live birth after two euploid transfers. Of course it's never a guarantee. Just hoped we'd be on the other side of statistics for once. 😔 And if after all this additional testing our LLM doesn't stick, I'll need another egg retrieval.

If anyone has been in a situation similar to mine and had a positive outcome, I'd love to hear from you.❤️‍🩹 I also know my journey might seem small compared to others, so please don't think I'm minimizing anyone else's experiences. Thank you!
