TEAS advice

I need to take the teas before 8/31. I took a practice teas exam without prepping at all just to gauge where I’m at. I got an 85% on the practice. I took another practice test a week later and got an 87%. I need to review some chemistry and some anatomy stuff. I’m wondering if I should plan on taking the TEAS twice if I don’t get above a 95% first time or should I just prep all summer and take it closer to 8-31 (application deadline) which is also after I retake AP1.

Do these practice test scores have any indication on how well I’d do on the real test?
