Vascular/Blood issue? Purple toes

38F, 5'8", 125 lbs /Diagnosed with dysmenorrhea, migraine with aura, acne. Alcohol minimally ~1-2 alcoholic beverages /week. No drugs or smoking. Blue/purple toes first noticed ~3 years ago. https://imgur.com/a/K6sLRIh

I had a baby 4.5 years ago. When she was 1.5 we all caught Covid. (3 years ago). 3 months later I noticed one of my toes was purple. I didn't think much of it at the time. I got pregnant again shortly after I noticed I had a blue toe. I ended up have a baby with severe fetal growth restriction (less than 1st percentile) with no known cause. She is ok now but my pregnancy was very fraught. They did all kinds of tests (genetic, etc) on her and nothing showed up. They also sent my placenta to pathology and nothing of significance was noted. My toe is still blue, but now it has been spreading. Two toes on my right foot (the original plus pinky toe) and all toes except for the big two on my left foot are blue. (so outer toes). I went to a podiatrist and she noticed that they turn blue based off of position (and not temperature). If I'm sitting or standing and they are below my heart they turn more blue than if I have them elevated. She also pointed out that the blue ones are significantly colder than the other toes and that on the toe I have had problems with the longest, the skin is peeling and the nail is brittle/wavy. I will be doing a vascular study on my legs only, but with the history of FGR (which I didn't mention during my pod appt as I didn't think it was relevant at the time) is there something I should be seeking another doctor's opinion on? Symptom wise I also have significant fatigue and really bad stomach aches from time to time, but am otherwise generally doing ok. Up until my second pregnancy with the FGR diagnosis I was very active. Runner, weight lifting, hiking, backpacking etc. I am still somewhat active now, but tend to get more winded than I used to so stick with walking a bit.
