5.3 Low End Knock after Water Ingestion

2007 Silverado 5.3 1500 Classic 290k. Ran through a small bit of water the other day and engine bogged down and stalled. Towed it home, compression test found #2 sitting at 90PSI. Rods were slightly bent, replaced and now how compression 150-190PSI on all cylinders. Engine spins smooth. It runs smooth but I'm getting this noise loudest at the oil pan with my stethoscope. I'm getting it near the bell housing too but not as loud as at the pan. I don't see any cracks at the flex plate or loose TC bolts. I plan to drop the pan and see what's up. I'm fearful it's a rod or bearing but the noise just doesn't sound like that to me. Any advice before I tear her down? Thanks.
