One-pass brioche

pattern question

I’m trying to teach myself brioche, starting with this set of beginner dishcloths: https://annaplexisinenglish.wordpress.com/2022/10/13/brioche-and-coffee-trio/

Single-color brioche is great, no problem. Two-color, knitting one color at a time so you do two passes on every row, was a little tricky to figure out but I’ve got it now. Two-color one-pass, so you’re doing both colors at once as if it were stranded colorwork, on the other hand, has me completely stuck. The video in the linked post doesn’t help, and a couple of other videos on YouTube haven’t been any better: they’re all a little too fast and I get confused.

Can anyone lead me to a video for one-pass brioche using big, chunky yarn and moving really slowly? Even better would be written, step-by-step directions, maybe with line-drawing illustrations.
