Hey I need help for communication skills

I'm in phase 5 studying in college. The problem is I don't know how to start a conversation with anyone and cannot talk to anyone like freely. I'm not saying really I'm ab introvert but hesitant to talk to anyone. Online I'm good I can chat with strangers or known people but no communication in real life. Help me develop good speech so I can freely talk to any person.
