Are the Substack wonks all high on their own farts?

Been listening to a lot of Substack lately because the level of discourse on Reddit has become unbearable. Some of it fairly interesting, especially the half truth/half Propaganda posts by the Chinese. But a lot of it is some class of amateur wonks who all seem to have collectively convinced each other that Iran has already won, the US is doomed to disaster and we're all gonna get smashed by $200 per barrel prices.

Which admittedly raises a little bit of rightful indignation within me, but also ultimately makes me believe Trump and Bibi are getting away with this one, after Iran's supposed drone reserves turn out to be a flash in the pan, and they're literally gonna get bombed back into the stone age.
