How do i unclog my yart/pen/cart?

Ok, I have a pen kind of thing, its one of those cheap ones you can get, anyway ive tried blowing as hard as i can from the bottom and it wont work still, i heated bobby pin and swirled it inside, still no pull, i heated it with a hairdryer for a few seconds and it was hot but no pull still! tried ripping it hard asf still no luck. Someone help meeee ive only used it ONCE and i know my tolerance isnt high i dont do it much. HELP PLEAAAASSEEEE
