Why has TSA not walked out over the shutdown?

This isn't a shit post. I genuinely am curious.

Why has TSA not walked out and refused to come to work over the shutdown? That is the quickest way to end this. Spring break is happening, if the airports stop then the shutdown will as well. I truly just do not understand why TSA continues to work at this point.
