Bluetooth accessory that vibrates on call for cell phones

Hi all

For an elderly person, I bought one of those old-fashioned flip phones (not smartphones) made specifically for seniors. The only problem is that sometimes they don't hear the incoming call ringtone (for example, when they're watching TV with headphones in). There are smartwatches that vibrate when a call comes in, but these old phones only recognize and connect to Bluetooth devices like headphones. I'm looking for an accessory—preferably a bracelet—that recognizes itself as headphones and vibrates when a call comes in. They used to exist (like one called BlueAlert), but they're gone right now. One solution might be a clip-on accessory like Fineblue that acts as a remote headset that vibrates when a call comes in, but if I could find a bracelet-type option, I'd be more comfortable since more effective. Does anyone know of any commercially available solutions still existing?

Thank you
