Does VPD care about vid of dangerous driver behavior?

Have my dash cam today of a bmw suv driver purposely not merging properly and almost hitting me so he could get ahead. If I send to VPD, do they do anything about it? Or should I not bother? Yes, I should have let it go but I had my mother in law and young child in the car that would have gotten smashed on their side. And that is super dangerous ego-driven behavior.
