UF vs Georgia Tech for Chemical Engineering

Advice

PLEASE help me!!

I've been accepted into both UF and GT for chemical engineering this fall; however, I'm unsure which one to pick. I'm a middle-class family living in Florida. UF would be the best financial decision for me (20k per year), otherwise I have to pay ~55k a year at GT. The cost is significantly different, and I'm not 100% sure if I should pick GT over UF. My family is fortunate enough to afford it, but is it really worth it? I know GT has a better reputation in engineering than UF, offering better co-op opportunities, research, and prestige. There's a voice that keeps reminding me that I worked so hard to get into this school, just to turn it down would be the wrong decision. Another factor for me is the city. I would much rather be in Atlanta than Gainesville; however, I also heard student life at GT is terrible and depressing....

Are the opportunities and experiences at GT worth paying 30k+ more for chemical engineering?

(Side note, I also got accepted into UT Austin for Chemical Engineering, would that be a better choice than GT or UF?)

Please help me and ask me any questions if you would like. Thanks for helping! :)
