Relative unsure of testing

Hi! I recently asked an older relative if she was open to testing and she said that she was so we got the kit. Apparently her closer family is cautious / suspicious and doesn’t want her to do it. I understand that it is their decision so I don’t want to push too much. I have one family member’s phone number and we’ve talked about the family history before.

Is it worth sending a concise message about ancestry’s privacy policy? I don’t want to come across as pressuring them.
