Staff stealinbut can’t prove it.

I don’t even know how you mess it up this bad. These are grown adults and they always fk it up.

I’m a manager, not a fkn primary school teacher, but I’m starting to get suspicious that these "mistakes" aren't actually accidents. It feels like the till is always just messy enough to hide the fact that it’s light. I’m so done with staying back late and losing my own time recounting everything because someone supposedly cant count or is just helping themselves.

Literally had to adjust the till every week for the past 5 weeks and it’s not 10c here and there one week it was $182.. other weeks it’s been $10..

Plus, in my company if I just say ‘you’re fkn stealing’ I’ll have HR on my back. wtf do I do??
