Breast cancer ( need info urgent) help me out totally clueless.

My mother just found a lump in her chest, and I’m really scared it could be cancer. I want to get it checked as soon as possible, but I have no idea where to go in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. She has some symptoms too. Are there any good government laboratories, specialists, or affordable doctors I can take her to? Good doctor nd affordable too. I’m very concerned and stressed out. She is in her mid 40s.
