Be realistic can a below average person clear this exam?

i have always been a huge procrastinater in my school days used to just get passing marks and also failed 1-2 exams in the 8-9th class. in 10 & 11th covid hit i realised how much I'm missing in things and got serious in 12th scored a good marks according to me n my parents since i used to barely pass before. studied gave cuet Got into good college in north campus now in my last year and looking at things i around and surrounding i kind of got motivated to prepare for UPSC CSE. I'm also average in my college getting average CGPA now i just study a few days before sem and pass with 7+ SGPA. so is it a good idea to go for this or just prepare for CAT and MBA.
