Camera issues, don’t know how to resolve

I use Teams for work and am on video calls all day long. For the last year or so, my camera will suddenly stop working in the middle of a call, or Teams will freeze up completely. I’ve been using this laptop for 3 years but the problem only started a year ago. Our IT department has checked several times and nothing appears to be wrong in the settings. I work remotely and don’t think it’s a connectivity issue as I don’t have any other issues, but I could be wrong. Should I upgrade my WiFi? Ask for a new laptop? Any other suggestions appreciated.
