Timeliness Scoring Denominator issue

I've noticed a bit of chatter is other posts but I really think this is a major issue. The denominator is. "tally of total scores during the rating period, added when the clocked application is: (1) posted for credit on or before the deadline or (2) becomes late".

So we have quarters with only 6 or 7 clocked new cases. And maybe 6-7 clocked RCEs. Then for amendments 10-20 amendments. Like the Denominator is going to be much smaller than their examples of 65 or 50 cases. It could be much closer to the 18 for some art units. This is going to be a blood bath unless they change it total cases.
