Masks in LARP

Hey y'all,

How do you feel about interacting with masked players in LARP? Does it affect you when you can’t read facial expressions?

Personally, even if I enjoy wearing masks, I feel a bit uncomfortable and uneasy interacting with masked players because I can’t read nonverbal cues. I’m curious if it's a shared feeling.

Do you find it harder to engage, trust, or react naturally in those situations? Do you get used to it over time?
