Clicked on Malicious site the other day by accident. Am I safe?(Samsung Tablet)

I clicked on some scam ad by accident(It started with a vhg something) while using the Real Bass and immediately cleared it from my history and downloaded malwarebytes to see if I have a virus. It said I was clear everytime I scanned my Tablet(I scanned like 3 times a day). I'm still kinda paranoid and I think my battery usage has gone up a little bit(I have my tablet's brightness REAL low). Am I okay?
