Has anyone had a similar experience with tsh levels?

I had a thyroidectomy in October for PTC. I was put on 90 of Armour thyroid and I had already been on Armour 60 for 5-6 years.

The first TSH level check 3 months after my surgery was 3.42, and I felt pretty good. She upped my dose at that time to 120 mcg Armour. I have been feeling very tired and sometimes dizzy for the past 7 days, so I went in a month early to get my TSH checked, and it is now at 7.

I'm nearly certain that my symptoms are from high TSH, as I've never felt like this before, and the highest TSH I had before starting any meds was 5.8. I've been needing/wanting a nap about an hour after I get up, and that seems to help for a bit, and then I 'm tired again about 3-4 hours later. I also do feel what I would call a brain fog at times as well.

I do take sugar free Metamucil after dinner at about 5PM each evening, so I wonder about absorption issues, but I don't take my Armour until 2-4 am.

Does anyone have a similar experience to this?
