Telecaster buzzes at higher frets

I'm setting up my Telecaster and running into a buzz issue at higher frets (after the 6/7th fret it buzzes)

I tend to play pretty hard. I raised to action to .075 inches at the 12th fret for low E string already, and its still buzzing. I'm using the Music Nomad tool set for this. I have also measured the neck relief using the Music Nomad tool (I believe its .006 inches) and it seems fine. I don't want to raise the action much higher because then its hard to play.

Any ideas what else it could be? Really hoping its not the frets.
