1password Teams

I’ve been looking into 1Password for our team and had a question. We’re mainly interested in using it for shared vaults, rather than the more advanced business features like SSO or granular permissions. I was looking at the Teams plan and just wanted to confirm whether it can support a group of around 15–20 users, or if there are any limitations we should be aware of. I know that it's up to 10 users but curious to know if we need to expand without changing to business plan.

I'm submitted a support case with 1password support and still haven't heard back from anyone so I though i'd post it here. Maybe it was due to being on a trial license. I've been using 1password for quite some time with my own personal account and it's bit surprising that it's taking long time to get a response from support.
