3-month solo budget stay as a remote worker, where to go?

Hi travelers! I'm a Filipino remote worker planning a 3-month solo trip abroad on a budget (around $800–1,000/month). I've done a week in Hanoi, Vietnam before.

Looking for somewhere with affordable accommodation, decent internet for work, and a good quality of life. Visa-friendly for Philippine passport holders is a must.
