The Bloodline Era. The defining saga of modern WWE. Yes Roman built the throne, but Cody made us believe. Who should be remembered as the hero?

Roman's run was iconic but it's fair to question if he was the one who actually carried WWE the last 2 years. That kinda diminishes everyone else involved.

he was basically a protected final boss. Part-time, constant interference, with very controlled spots. A lot of the actual weekly story work was Sami, Jey, and then Cody when he came back.

Cody had to show up every week, cut promos, and actually get people invested. he made the crowd want to buy in to *finish the story.* He played a huge role in that.

So Roman brought the aura and the commercializing, and Cody was the week to week engine that kept us all hungry for more.

I love getting the next generation hyped about WWE. With that in mind, who should we tell our kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews is the hero here?
