Could the bears trade up for a D End?

Could the bears trade their 1st and one of the 2nd’s for Ruben Bain or David Bailey? I know they can’t get all the way up for Reece, but I’d love for them to trade up to the top 10/near the top 10 for Bain or Bailey.
