I cannot restore my account and have no access to it.

I tried to log in to my Xbox app, but then Microsoft told me I should update my password for security reasons. So I clicked through to account recovery and reset the password, but when I tried to log in with the new password, I got the same message saying I should change my password for security reasons. However, it's no longer working, and I have no access to my account at all. I would appreciate some quick help.
