New to DraftKings, account restricted and lost as to what to do.

I am new to sports betting- I made an account with DraftKings and tied it to my bank account to fund. I played a little bit, then wanted to add some more funding but my bank put a restriction (Fair of them to assume it was suspicious activity since I never did this before).

So I tried using my debit card to fund. But that failed as well... turns out my debit card was never activated (oops, I hardly ever use it and never activated the replacement card last time).

So I just played it slow for a bit, the bank would still allow smaller transactions which I accepted as a fair restriction.

Here is my problem:
Draft Kings has now locked my account saying I need to upload a statement from my bank account. Sure, no problem, so I did that. Now they are saying it doesn't show the correct account because it needs to end in xxxx, and that isn't my account number. Wtf?!

I was confused at first but then I realized the 4 digits they wrote are actually the last 4 digits of my debit card, not my bank account. The debit card that failed because it was never activated.

I told them that 4 digit is my card number, not the account. And my bank does not print the card number on the statements, only where it gets used if I use it.

Also, an ACCOUNT WITH THAT NUMBER WAS NEVER USED BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER ACTIVE AND THEREFORE FAILED. So how can it line up with their records? We went around in circles with them saying they need a statement showing an account ending in those numbers, and I tried multiple times to tell them such a thing does not exist. I'm at my wits end, I have money tied up in the account and I'm starting to get scared they won't ever let me back in because I can't supply something that doesn't exist!

Has anyone ever dealt with this before? There doesn't seem to be anyone to speak to aside from email support and they just keep telling me the same thing over and over even though I politely explained there must be a mistake. Who do I even report this to?
