Adam Silver can do a one thing to stop the tanking.

To prevent teams from tanking. I thought about it, what can he do? Well there is one thing he can do.

Say team A get's caught tanking in March and it is really bad. Then they lose their #1 pick for that year.

Silver could also do one more thing.

Prevent teams from selecting the top 5 picks in consecutive years.
