Thinking ahead & hoping for a quiet 4th of July

Is there anywhere within a day's drive that would be reasonably quiet on the 4th? Last year, our neighborhood had fireworks going off literally all day. No lie, it was nonstop from noon to midnight.

I don't begrudge people their fun, but don't want to be around noise either. So this year, we're thinking of a getaway. Are there any towns/resorts/areas that are peaceful on the 4th?
