My primary doctor refuses to write a referral for an endocrinologist because it doesn't show through the ultrasound and through the MRI but it does show a cyst. Who do I go to to get the referral now when a laparoscopy is the most accurate way to diagnose it?

Question

I feel very frustrated because the doctor I had that was there I recently found out that she's no longer in that office and she was the only doctor there that truly cared and believed me when I suspected that I had endometriosis and I have a lot of symptoms such as digestive issues, painful sex, painful periods, painful cyst and I'm tired of going to obyns when all they're going to do is just prescribe birth control when they caused me nothing but problems and it's so hard to get them to do a laparoscopy but I wanted to go to endometriosis specialist so they can do the laparoscopy. Now I don't know where to go to to get the referral and not only do they need a referral but they need reasons why I need to go there and then the new doctor was not listening to me and she disregarded everything I said and just told the secretary to write PCOS cyst when I'm trying to find out if I have endometriosis which in some cases it does not always show up through an ultrasound or an MRI and the most accurate way to diagnose it is through laparoscopy. She just seemed so annoyed with me and she just couldn't wait for me to get out and was trying to rush me out the door and it's like she did not believe me at all.
