Looking for quick advice on buying a FIAT 500L Trekking

Hullo! So to cut a long preamble short, I was in a car crash that ended up totaling my vehicle and I've found a 2015 FIAT 500L Trekking for 4900 through a private seller, and I'm very interested in it as it's a really gorgeous car, but I want to know if there's anything I should specifically look out for before committing to anything. The car has 137,000 miles on it which is obviously a lot but everything I'm looking at has mileage like that.

I'm just really looking for advice because I super can't afford to have to get another car within a few years.
