Where to find legit paypigs?

I just started this and I’ve been roaming around Twitter trying to find someone and all I’ve been getting is on the verge of being scammed. Does anyone know how to find them on the Internet? And if you do how do you talk to them? How do you interact with them? And how much should I expect to get from one?
