Please help me understand social media teachers

This is more about special education teachers because my child is in a special education classroom. Somehow, I get a lot of sped teachers on my social media feed talking about kids with “behaviors” and most of the time they are talking about how bad these kids are. Today I saw a post about a teacher joking about how she rage baits kids when they are having behaviors. It really makes me sad. I don’t understand why people post stuff like this.

Is it just a bad joke? Or are teachers really acting like this towards disabled kids? I am trying to understand why anyone thinks it’s cool to post stuff like that.
