AIO for feeling like I’m being lied to?

Trying to be as vague as possible even in the title because they also have an account on here. We have been friends for around 5 years now and I used to consider them my best friend but we’ve kinda been drifting lately (which is fine, people grow apart). In January I accidentally ordered an item worth $300 to their house. No issue right?

Well it’s been months and they still haven’t shipped it out. I keep asking nicely and they keep giving me excuses (the latest one was last week, and they said they didn’t have tape). They know I would be willing to pay for shipping but honestly they also owe me around $200 for concert tickets and I’ve been very understanding all things considered (told them they didn’t even have to pay me back for it!). They live out of state and I know they’ve been going through a rough time recently but even when I was going through a rough time, I wasn’t this careless. I always paid them back on time if I owed them money, etc.

I get the sense they’re hoping I just forget about it because my life is about to get very busy. I feel like they know I am annoyed about this and just don’t care. I fucked up bad by sending it to their house because the item was something they also wanted, and now I’m wondering if something happened to it or they just decided to keep it. I am autistic and a really bad people pleaser so I was wondering what I should do in this situation. I want to ask one final time but I don’t even know what to say at this point. Thanks
