Should I follow back or wait?

I applied for the CAF Army in the beginning of march, few days later was asked by the recruiter to fill out more tasks they added to my application, and that they will setup a date for the FORCE test after tasks got completed.

Now 3 weeks has passed and have got no emails for scheduling the FORCE test, should i follow up or wait a few more months?.
