Instagram account mass ban by a community like telegram community

I need a genuine and urgent help from you guys I have an Instagram account with almost 250k followers and my account again and again gets banned and after appealing it comes back after some time after review. I recently got to know there are some telegram communities that target pages by doing mass reporting and then ask for money to resolve it.

Plz suggest what I can do.
