Can't Access Gaijin Market - Can't Find Phone Number for 2FA

Hello, I am trying to buy keys on the marketplace. These are the steps that lead me to the error.

-> I click consume on the boxes -> I need to enable 2FA -> I click "Enable" where it asks me to enable 2FA -> I click "Enable" again -> It comes up with an error message and says I must "bind my phone number" -> I click on the error message which takes me to my account security settings where the option to add my phone number is grayed out.

My account is entirely Steam based and I've never played on console. Anyone experienced this issue before?
