Ontario: Trying to find information about someone who maybe doesn't have a death certificate and disappeared in 1974

Hello all

I am trying to track down an individual, one Bronislaw "Bruno" Paluch, who was born 8 March 1916 in Liski, Poland and emigrated to Canada in 1948, had a history of police involvement and drunkenness, divorced, and was last seen at Seaton House in 1974. I am doing a death record search as we speak but I am far from optimistic as no one ever contacted the rest of the family to notify them of any death, I can find no obituaries or graves, and I personally imagine he died without ID on the streets.

Not being able to prove death is problematic in obtaining many records, but he was born over 110 years ago with means LAC may release some information.

ANY help anyone can provide would be helpful and I apologise in advance for being a noob.
