Gym office play all in 1 bag?

With the hybrid workplace seemingly gone for me. I need a quality backpack that I can basically put everything into (shoes, gym clothes, laptop, lunch, handheld gaming). Since it will become my EDC bag, I need something on the larger side 28L-32L. Comfort is the biggest thing for me. I was looking into the Aer duffle pack 3 but it's kind of on the small side at 21-22L.

Any recommendations?
