Question about owning a gun in Switzerland

Soo, to be a bit more detailed about my question, I've been interested in owning a gun for quite a few years now and recently I applied with the needing documents for a license but I shortly after got a letter saying that they can't proceed with my license because the military basically said I'm not allowed to own any military weapons, Wich I think is because of me being declared suicidal/depressed by military psychiatrist, now the police didn't straight up dismissed my application but they did say I need to contact the military and ask for some more documents and see, im going to do that but I honestly don't think that they will give me the okay, pretty self explanatory why. So I was wondering how can I still get one, like how can I proof that I won't blow my head off the moment I get the gun, is there like a test I can do or another way?
