Yor thinks that her Garden job is to "lay evildoers to rest." Do you? (spoilers)
tl;dr : Do you think that the Garden is honest with Yor as to who it sends her after? Is she being sent after monsters and traitors? Or is that something they tell her so she obeys them without question or fail?
I've noticed throughout the series that Yor begins every assassin job by accusing her assassination target of treason. The "lay everydoer to rest" bit was a direct quote I just encountered while beginning to re-watch the Cruise Arc. When she makes veiled references to her true job to Loid and Anya, such as at the park she took them to near the start of the series, she says something like "I come here to remind myself of the people I protect while working."
Clearly, the Garden has made her believe that she is consistently going after really bad people who are a threat to her country. And there are countless occasions when she thinks how much trouble she could save by killing innocents, and immediately shakes her head, upset at even thinking it.
The thing is, the Garden are not exactly kindly moral people. This is organized crime. The Cruise Arc happened because one of the Shopkeeper's mafia buddies was killed and he sent Yor and MacMahon to accompany the deceased mafia man's wife and kid on a cruise until they got picked up by friendlies on a ship and taken to safety.
Do you think Yor's organization is a good group using horrid means? Or is she a good woman being fooled into doing the unthinkable?
