Partner having demo issues with the platform as a new tutor

My fiancé recently signed up to work as a piano tutor and applied for five demos. Four out of five of them were given to other tutors with no communication, and the fifth one, the one that he actually did with a prospective student, came and went with no further communication from the student. He has attempted to contact support but hasn't received any response or feedback on either issue.

Have any other tutors experienced anything similar to this?
