Some subreddits should have staff

Opinion / Thoughts

I been on Reddit a lot today and I see a lot of people asking for help and I’m like damn I wish I could say something that could actually help them, but I really don’t think I’ve got good mental health advise and then so many people just get left unanswered. And like it’s just kinda disappointing to see, I get that if anyone wanted to be a volunteer staff they could just be doing it with their free will already but if Reddit gave them like a title and badge maybe a stat sheet of how many people they’ve responded to and helped for that day, week and month it could overall bring more support for people here and make the community better, people love having a title and seeing the difference they’re making could get lots of knowledgeable people who want to help be motivated to be here supporting, And if they got trash advise people could report them and if they got so many reports they lose there title. Idk im just a dreamer and would like to see people getting the support they are looking for more consistently. Seems kind of redundant to say now that I typed that out cause i feel like it’s obvious and they would have done that already if they wanted to but yeah. Oh yeah and they should have a minimum amount of helps per week to keep the badge and title they ain’t just giving that shit away for free
