What would you tell yourself before you started hosting?

Hi! I’m currently working on opening a unique Airbnb (vintage a frame cottage in the coastal forest in the PNW. It will have a full spa set up (sauna, hot tub, cold plunge ordeal). It’s on the river as well.

I’m coming here for any advice you’d tell a newbie. The absolutely MUST NOTs and the absolutely MUSTs! Just please don’t scare me away I’m already anxious 🥹🥺💕
