The workers and employees there are exceptional however if you are applying for their services be mindful that the owner believes that you must be a pro in the knowledge of the cats, and if you bother to ask or show the difference in the previous documents and what they are saying, they will become rude, arrogant and condescending instead of even checking out the documents and clearing the miscommunication.

And when tried to talk, they will indeed mock you and ragebait you like a 6yrs old child.
