I built an n8n workflow that finds leads for your SaaS every hour (free workflow attached)

Built this for early stage SaaS founders who are struggling with lead gen and don't want to pay for ads yet.

How it works:

1. Every hour it scrapes tweets across 6 categories (you can change them or add more)
2. Scores each tweet by relevance
3. Filters out the noise
4. Sends the clean leads to a Google sheet
5. Sends you a Telegram notification the moment a new lead is found

Tools I used:

• n8n - for the automation. 14-day free trial for new accounts, then $25/m
• ScrapeBadger - for scraping Twitter data. You get 1000 tweets free. After that it depends on usage, I personally pay around $5/m

A few things I learned the hard way:

• Don't jump into a conversation with "hi, here's my product" Join naturally, give some value first
• Speed matters a lot. I get the best results when I reply within 1-2 hours of the tweet being posted. After that the window closes fast
• The categories you scrape matter more than anything else. Spend time on your search queries, not on the automation

With this I'm getting about 5-10 qualified leads per day. That's enough to keep my pipeline moving without spending anything on ads.
