First time neocaridina

Planning to start rearing neocaridina shrimps as pets but just worried about killing them as I read that they’re sensitive to ph and temperature

What would an ideal tank size/set up be like? Would like to set up the tank before getting the shrimp

Ps based in south east Asia so warm all year round
