Trying to finally get back into dating world, need advices

So after some time of being into no fap and being able to keep my streak, I see positive sides like stopping being awkward, anxious and unconfident around women IRL.

Before this I would get really nervous around them and prefer to replace real women with pornography.

I have downloaded some dating apps and had even some successful matches, will try to get some dates. Women in real life still trigger me, but not as bad. I kinda forgot how to date and looking for some solid advices
