suboxone withdrawal report

from someone who just quit, its currently been 72 hours since i took my last dose and im surprised to say that im starting to feel better. even if a little bit.

i had to rapid taper from 4mg to 0.25~ mg within about a week. i started feeling it once i dropped to below around 1 - 0.5mg . mild body aches , chills and heat sensitivity , sweating , stomach discomfort and such each took their turn. they were all mild and after a few days of that , i decided to jump off at around 0.25mg.

after 24 hours, the main symptoms that were bothering me the most were the body aches and the damn restless tingly, nerve feeling. i couldnt sleep because of the jolty, nerve shit and rls. insomnia was bothering me and as sleepy as i was, i couldnt rest properly because i would end up jolting around. it got even worse as soon as id lay down. it felt as if every nerve was firing off in my body. somehow i ended up actually sleeping and when i woke up, the nerve tingling sensation was mostly gone. since then ive been dealing with mostly just mild body aches. i feel exhausted, disgusting, and like i cant get up, but i dont feel like im being tortured anymore. so id call that quite better. i am only on day 3, so i hope i wont start to feel any worse from now on. im pretty sure the taper took a good load off my body, even if short. lol.

just sharing my experience for anyone out there who wants to hear. emotionally ive been pretty weird and ive felt more than i have in awhile, but thats a whole other thing. its much better to feel something than nothing at all. for anyone trying to taper or quit, its totally doable. its all up to you. whatever the symptoms, itll pass and itll be okay. it really isnt the worst of it. the hard part is keeping your commitment. and of course you can do it. if i can, you can. we all can do it :3 i believe in everyone . good luck to u !!
